• We are a pet friendly campground, but we do not allow aggressive breeds and dogs must be leashed at all times.

• No parking on grass or more than one car in each site, or in the middle of the street. 

• Additional storage for over flow vehicles or boats for 35.00 per month (PER UNIT).

• No more than 2 people per trailer, except for children. Up to 2 more allowed at 50.00 a piece per month.

• No restrictions on the year of trailer, it MUST be in good condition and not have any discolored doors.

• $150.00 deposit covers the last months utility bill, and any other charges, unless you have late charges, than this will be taken out for that fee and the electric will be an additional charge that will be due before you depart from the park. Deposit will be mailed out two weeks after departure.

Observance of our rules and regulations for all guests will ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

REGISTRATION & RENT
Rent must be paid in advance. We accept cash or personal checks with proper ID. We do not accept debit or credit cards. Check out time is 12:00 PM. Contact the office for late departure rates. There is an additional charge for the use of electric heaters or washers/dryers in your unit. We do not include these charges in the rent. Help keep our rates low by being honest about your use of these things.

VISITORS
Visitors are allowed as long as they comply with these rules and regulations. It is your responsibility to inform them of such. All overnight visitors must register at the office. Any visitor who does not follow these rules and regulations will be asked to vacate the premises.

NO WASHING OF TRAILERS
Everyone is expected to keep their site clean and orderly. All trash should be bagged and brought to the dumpster. There is no trash pickup at your site. All sewer lines must be free from leaks and have a "do-nut" or threaded attachment into the sewer. Alcoholic beverages are allowed only at your site. We do not allow clotheslines and please do not wash autos or RV's with a hose. Due to noise, generators are only to be used during emergencies. Oil changes and other such types of vehicle maintenance are not allowed but other minor fixes may be. Check with the office before performing any vehicle maintenance or repair. If there are any problems or damages at your site please inform us immediately.

BE CONSIDERATE
No loud music. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Outside RV lights are not to be left on after 9:00 PM. Attend children at all times and do not let them wander around other peoples sites without their permission.

PETS
Pitbulls, Rottweilers, and other aggressive dogs are not allowed in the park. Pets must be on a hand held leash any time they are outside. Everyone is expected to clean up after their pet and dispose of it properly (bagged and in the dumpster). Do not chain your pet outside or leave it unattended inside, especially if it tends to bark excessively or be disruptive to your neighbors. If you must leave your pet inside your trailer, please notify the office and leave a phone number where you can be contacted in case of a power outage or other emergency.

TREES & NATURE 
No Hanging hammocks or clotheslines, or otherwise. Damaging our trees is not allowed.

DRIVING AND PARKING
Observe a safe speed and watch for children, pets and wildlife. Drive on the roads only. Do not use pull-thru spaces for short cuts. Park in your own area or assigned spot. Do not park in open spaces without prior office approval. Do not park or drive through the grass or where the grass is supposed to be. Visitor parking is by the office and next to the dumpster.

BATHROOMS & SHOWERS
Bathrooms with shower facilities are located on the premises. All customers are welcome to use these facilities as long as you clean up after yourself and respect the rules. The bathrooms are cleaned with antibacterial cleaners for your protection. If there are any problems please let us know immediately. Shower curtains should be kept closed in order to keep the floors and rugs dry. Trash from bathroom use may be put in the bathroom trash, but please do not use these for your regular RV trash. Do not wash dishes or utensils in the bathrooms. Children are not allowed to use these facilities without adult supervision. Any damages will be the responsibility of the parent or supervising adult. Smoking is not allowed in the bathrooms or buildings.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
Absolutely no use of firearms, explosives, drugs, or fireworks is allowed in the park.
• Deposit is non-refundable.
 If you submit an online request, please do not call or fax our reservations office to also make reservations, or submit additional online requests.  Online requests are normally processed Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm and Saturday and Sunday between 11:00am and 5:00pm.
• Site preferences and requests are noted.  However, they are not guaranteed.
• The following dog breeds, or mixes thereof, are not allowed in the resort:  Pitbull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, Malamute, and Wolf.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE RULES
We reserve the right to refuse to accept further rent from any person who fails to comply with these rules and regulations and may request that their space be vacated immediately. There will be no refunds.
